The right candidate will take on this assignment with gusto! Working  in the Human Resources Department at REACH Air Medical Services in Santa Rosa, Calif., you will be recruiting for various departments as well as providing HR Generalist expertise.

HR Recruiter -- as a Recruiter, you will work with hiring managers to fill their open  positions. You will post openings both internally and externally, review  resumes, conduct phone screens, set up departmental interviews, check  references, send out offer letters, and report to upper management on the  recruiting process as needed. You will work with theƂ current Recruiter to fine-tune current hiring criteria, brainstorm on recruitment strategies, maintain accurate staffing and position  reporting amongst other recruiting duties.

HR Generalist -- as a Generalist for REACH you will communicate and enforce company policies and procedures while ensuring legal compliance. You will act as a liaison for employees while performing a variety of functions to support the development, maintenance and continuous improvement  of employee relations.

Qualifications:

* Five (5) years of  experience preferably in a dynamic Human Resources Department; must have  practical knowledge of principles and practices.

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years related experience in recruitment (healthcare preferable), employment and  staffing in a corporate environment or equivalent combination of education and  experience. PHR a real plus!

* Demonstrated understanding of governmental regulations, court decisions and professional standards and practices related to EEO/AA, legalities and ethics of recruitment.

 * Demonstrated networking capabilities, creativity in sourcing candidates and an understanding of branding and image.

 * Demonstrated computer literacy to include experience in applicant tracking and tracking of recruitment outcomes.  Intermediate MS Office skills  and prior database experience with complex systems.

 * Ability to read and interpret reports, create reports and compose business  correspondence.

 * Professional demeanor and the ability to balance friendly, service-oriented relationships with employees, while maintaining strict confidentiality.

 *Strong work ethic and high level of initiative.

 * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, effectively organize multiple priorities simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.

 * Good listening and communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of employees.

 * Strong organizational skills with a  keen eye for detail and follow-thru.

 * Ability to anticipate needs and problems and to exercise good judgment and decision making.
