REACH for Life Membership Program
When your life depends on getting to a medical facility as quickly as possible, REACH is awaiting the call. As a member of our REACH for Life program, you pay nothing for an emergency air medical transport provided by REACH or one of our reciprocating service partners (Cal-Ore Life Flight of Western Oregon and Enloe Flight Care of Chico, California). We will bill your insurance carrier and accept their payment as payment in full. This allows you or your family member to focus on getting well instead of worrying about the expense of your injury or illness.

REACH for Life membership costs $40 per year for individuals and $45 per year for families. Gift memberships are also available for the same price. Group rates for 8 to 150 members cost $25 per person per year and group family rates cost $40 per year per family. Please contact us to discuss large group or corporate memberships.
While most REACH for Life members will never need this service, annual REACH for Life membership fees help provide funding for over $20,000,000 of unfunded care and transport REACH provides each year.
REACH for Life is not an insurance program. Membership provides emergency air medical transportation by REACH Air Medical Services or one of our reciprocating service partners based on medical need, not membership status, and transports members to the closest medically appropriate facility, as requested by 9-1-1 Emergency Services or a physician. Ground transportation and/or services provided by a health care provider other than REACH or one of our reciprocating service partners is not covered. Non-emergency transports are not covered by this agreement. Before joining the REACH for Life program, we suggest contacting your current health insurance provider to determine if you are already covered for emergency air transportation services.
REACH Air Medical Services agrees to collect directly from our member’s insurance company whatever benefits are available for air transport. All fees and charges in excess of insurance and other benefits available are automatically covered by membership in the REACH for Life program. Members agree to transfer directly to REACH Air Medical Services any rights to air medical insurance payments due or received.
Availability of REACH Air Medical Services cannot always be guaranteed. 9-1-1 Emergency Services may call another company if they are closer to the pick-up location and can provide more expeditious service. Weather conditions, commitment to another transport, or mechanical out-of-service conditions could arise preventing REACH from being able to service your call. In some regions, you may want to purchase a membership with more than one medical transport provider.
