Word reaches the on-duty flight crew, standing by and ready to fly. The pilot, nurse and paramedic head toward the aircraft. Within moments they are in the air.

Upon arrival at the hospital, the tiny infant is carefully loaded into a transport incubator and onto the aircraft for the one-hour flight.
